Ravi S RamakrishnanFounder & CEO, RvaluE
Ravi Ramakrishnan is the Founder & CEO of RvaluE Group, comprising Consulting, Leadership Development and Industry Forum for Shared Services. He is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary with 35+ years of corporate sector and entrepreneurial experience.
His vision is to enable organizations and people to ‘realize business value’, having worked with multiple domains, across multiple functions and business units. Ravi has a unique blend of exposure to professional, family and global work environments and in multiple domains of manufacturing/service Industries.
Starting his career with Hindustan Unilever Limited, he comes with senior leadership experience as Controller/Commercial Manager in Murugappa Group, became the CFO at Eicher Group, and experience as in his last role, was part of the global leadership team as Vice President and Business Leader at American Express to set up the pioneering Global Financial Center. He enabled growth and globalization of the Business Process Service operations, focused on business process transformation, large GIC operations, value delivery, creating ‘global centers of excellence’, and working with customers across the globe.
Recognized as a ‘Thought Leader’ in BPM, Ravi is passionate about creating the ‘Global India’. He set up RvaluE Consulting in 2004 for business services and RvaluE LS for capability, leadership development and learning services. He is also the Founder of Shared Services Forum (SSF), an interactive industry platform since 2011. Ravi believes that business and people are two sides of the same coin. He mentors business leaders and is an Executive Coach for mid to senior level leaders. Ravi is a speaker at national and international conferences on topics relating to business process strategy, off shoring, shared services, outsourcing and organizational effectiveness. Anand Maheshwari is a meritorious Chartered Accountant and also a Company Secretary, and comes with over 3 decades of extensive work experience with a blend of senior management and entrepreneurial roles, within India and UK. His experience includes controllership / CFO responsibilities, business and finance leadership across a variety of domains of Offshoring & Domestic Business Services, Financial Services, Oil, Petrochemicals and Chemicals, IT and related services.
Anand has worked in corporations like Jubilant Organosys, Kanorias, American Express Global Offshoring Operations and Venture Infotek, and over the last 10 years, Anand has been a serial entrepreneur, co-founder for Intrust Global eServices in Business Services,

He deploys his M&A expertise in enabling companies to buy/sell business services operations and derive/deliver ‘value exchange’ to client corporations.
Anand has handled multi billion dollars’ business transactions, pioneered transitions of finance and operations processes, led multiple global projects like Y2K and BPR, bringing huge cost saves and value to various stakeholders, and was deputed to UK on a global assignment.
In his current role, Anand brings proven strategic execution capabilities, stakeholder collaboration and people management skills and focus on coaching and mentoring leaders. While detail oriented, he has an excellent strategic oversight and has a keen mind that breaks down complex issues into manageable chunks. Sanjay Gupta is the Chief Architect of Shared Services Forum (SSF) and the Strategic Offshoring Lead. He has over 28 years of work experience in the fields of Management, Business Processes, Finance and Human Resources, having been part of EXL Service Holdings, American Express, Indian Oil Corporation and Living Media. At SSF, Sanjay has several research and publications on BPM & Shared Services to his credit and he is the Editor of the SSF Journal Process Edge.
In his last role, he was the Global HR Head for EXL Service Holdings. He comes with a blend of experience in global and domestic corporations, in private sector and public sector organizations in various capacities, strategic as well as operations roles, covering various domains in Off shoring, Financial Services, Insurance, Oil & Energy and Media.
Sanjay GuptaChief Architect, Shared Services Forum
Sanjay comes with 2 decades of off shoring experience in multiple domains and multiple structuring models like Captive, Third Party BPO, BOT, Managed Captive etc., Besides being the Off shoring Lead, with his extensive experience, and having been part of several start up operations in off-shoring and BPO with demonstrated execution and success, Sanjay has taken this role of heading the Shared Services Forum, an organization that will bring together the industry community in India to adapt global best practices in BPM to suit Indian context.
Sanjay is a Chartered Accountant by qualification. During the initial 10+ years, Sanjay worked within the core Finance & Accounting functions in domestic companies and initial setting up of the off shore centre. He started his career with Living Media and Indian Oil Corporation, and served in many functional roles in Vendor & Receivable Management, Balance Sheet Consolidation, Oil Pool Accounting and Inter-company settlements.
At American Express FRC, he first migrated and then serviced several groups of international financial servicing covering both card and travel accounting. While this centre was set-up as a captive unit, it was the first pioneering BPM operations unit with client deliverables in several countries across the globe. He brings unique skill and expertise of process, operations and people to deliver excellent results, exceeding client expectations.

Rakesh possess a strong strategic leadership and execution capabilities with 15 years of experience in the Business Consulting and IT/ITeS Industry. He played vital leadership roles including Strategy Leadership, Sourcing Advisory, RFP & Deal Management, Program Management, Change Leader, Business Transformation & Excellence, Service Delivery, and Leadership Development across Finance & Accounts, Human Resource, Supply Chain & Logistics, Customer Life Cycle Management, and Information Technology functions.
Rakesh has successfully led many customized strategic initiatives such as Business process transformation, location strategy, sourcing model strategy, benchmarking etc. He spots Industry Trends of Business Process Management in Global India and has pioneered and
