According to the World Bank Russia’s GDP is set to grow by 1.4%, in 2018 owing to an improvement of global macroeconomic conditions; a rebound of global trade and an expected rise in oil prices. Now recognised as a must-attend platform for the trade and finance sectors, the Russia Trade & Export Finance Conference returned to Moscow on March 28, gathering about 200 corporates, financiers and investors across the region.
This year’s conference featured an esteem line-up of speakers covering key themes such as global trade scenarios and opportunities for the Russian market, and expanding Russia’s export finance sector while taking into consideration US sanctions and their impact.
