How to Play• To play rummy you need one
deck of 52 cards.• The time depends on the
type of Rummy you play.
• The object of the game is to dispose of all your cards in your hand. There are three ways to do that, melding, laying off and discarding.
• Here is a list of the cards from the lowest card to the highest:
• 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Jack Queen
and King Ace (Some play with Aces as a low card though)

Basic Rules of RummyBasic Rules of Rummy
• The deck consists of 52
cards. • The picture cards are worth
10 pts and the Ace is worth 15 pts
• The numbered cards are only worth 5 pts
• The picture cards are all worth 10 pts and the aces are worth 15 pts
• Rummy can be played by kids who are at least 8 and who understand the rules.
