When the mirror of your heart becomes clear and pure,

you'll behold images which are outside this world.

You will see the image and the image-Maker,

both the carpet of the spiritual expanseand the One who spreads it.

 

This world and that world are forever giving birth:

every cause is a mother; the effect born is as a child.

When the effect was born, it too became a cause

so that it might give birth to wondrous effects.These causes follow generation upon

generation,but it takes a very well-illumined eye

to see all the links in the chain.

The house of my heart is empty, devoid of desire,

like paradise.Within it is no work but the love of God, noinhabitant but the image of union with Him.I have swept the house clear of good and

bad -my house is full of love for the ONE.

 The Master who’s full of sweetnessIs so drunk with love, he’s oblivious.

“Will you give mesome of your sweetness?”

“I have none,” he says,unaware of his richness.

Listen to the Sound of the reedListen to its plaintive notes,

For, ever since it was cut off from the reed-bedIt has been telling the tale of separation........

For everyone who is separated farFrom his Source

Wishes back the time when he were one with It.

I'm so close to you that I'm far apart,So completely merged that I'm separate,

So vastly exposed that I'm concealed,So whole and sound that I'll never be

healed

   Do you want to enter paradise?To walk the path of Truth

You need the grace of God.We all face death in the end.But on the way, be careful

Never to hurt a human heart!

One day You will take my heart completely and make it more fiery than a dragon. Your eyelashes will write on my heart the poem that could never come from the pen of a poet.

Observe the wonders as they occur around you. Don't claim them. Feel the artistry moving through and be silent
