• All apartments are light serviced daily. If you do not wish to have your apartment serviced please slide your ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on your door.

• Rumba Resort operates a NO party and excessive noise policy for the comfort of all our guests. Please contact our reception or night manager should you experience discomfort caused by the unreasonable noise created by other guests.

• Check out is 11am on your day of departure, we offer a relaxed checkout until 3pm for $60 subject to availability.

• Reception is open from 8.30am to 5pm daily for any assistance you may require.
