General Rules:

Competition is open to the students at undergraduate level of all the colleges, departments and institutions of all the Universities.

Each participant is required to carry two photocopies of their college/department identity card. The participant shall also be required to produce her/his identity card on demand.

Each participant is also required to carry an authority letter for participation from the Principal of the concerned college.

th Online Registrations closes on 15 February 2018. On desk Registration shall be on the day of event and close one hour before the event commences. On desk registration on the day of the event is mandatory even if registered online. Decision of the judges shall be final and binding. Slots would be allotted on first come and first serve basis on the desk registration. No last minute entries would be entertained. Participants are requested to bring their own CD's (no MP3 CD's) containing only one track on which

they would be performing. The prizes will be awarded through NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer). The participants are

required to carry their bank details. Rules mentioned in Rule Book for events to be referred.The college and organizing team reserves the

right to alter/modify any of the rules. The participants are expected to maintain decorum within the college premises and remain within

norms and discipline.

Participants per team: Maximum 25(including music accompanists)

Teams to bring a hard copy of their script, synopsis and a list of

performing members.

Teams will be given an open air venue to perform.

Language can be either Hindi/English or both.

Only live music is allowed.

Judging Criteria: Dramatization, Screenplay, Script, Crowd interaction

and overall impact.

No abusive language should be used. Obscenity would lead to immediate

disqualification

The team should adhere to the time limit.

The decisions of the judges will be final and abiding.

Minimum use of Props should be appreciated.

VIEWFINDER: On-The-Spot Photography Competition 01:00 PM August Kranti Lawn

Maximum FOUR participants per college can participate on first-cum-first serve basis

Each participant can submit maximum TWO photographs with a caption each

Theme for the competition will be announced on the spot

Time limit: TWO hours after the theme is announced

Photographs should be clicked within the Kalindi College Campus

Only JPEG file format will be accepted

Every participant will be required to submit the EXIF details (such as Exposure,

Aperture, ISO and Focal Length only) while submitting their photographs

Only basic (minimal/moderate) editing will be considered, if required, for image

correction like cropping, brightness, alignment etc.

Each participant should bring their own still camera along with the USB cable and

memory card.

Photographs shot through Mobile Phones will NOT be eligible for the competition

Photographs should not be obscene, vulgar or such which hurts the sentiment of any

individual or community.Zero tolerance to Plagiarism

Photographs submitted will become the sole property of the organizer (college) and

will not be returned under any circumstances. It should be noted that the selected

photographs cannot be published or used by the photographer without prior permission

of the organizer. The organizer holds every right to use these photographs as and when

required without the consent of the photographer.

The decision by the judges on all matters relating to the competition is final and

binding. The organizers reserve the right to amend the Rules and to waive breach of the

Rules at their sole discretion, acting reasonably
