Arabesque, a term coined by

Turkish musicologists, signifies the mix of rythms and melodies from

Asia and Europe, and also draws ideas from Balkans and Middle East.

Arabesque is a union of cultures and intense way of expressing feelings. It portrays a highly overstated and agonizing depiction of love and yearing, along with unriquited

love, grief and pain. In SS 2015 collection that’s exactly what aim to point out. Transcending the borders of fashion and expressing our own

amood with the combination of different fabrics, colours and prints. In each and every garment, it is possible to feel the influence from different cultures all blended with Turkish culture. This collection provides two main silhouettes. Relaxed, low crotch harem pants and shorts with generous volumes, sculptural look slim fit shirts and t-shirts, motorcycling inspired slim fit jacket & blazers with functional constructions, volumized coats and fine yarn knits are the main pieces of the collection. aAn array of various kinds of fabrics are used with a huge colour palette. High tech polyesters and nylons, cottons, cotton-linen blens and jerseys are used in combination with each other. Tones of soil colours and grays are strongly used in addition to shades of yellow, green, brown and salmon. Arabesque inspired graphic elements that are characterized by contrast brighter colours are distinctly infused into the collection to give it an unmistakable old meets new quality

Once upOn a time in america is a reflection of 60’s American life influenced by the theory of “American Dream” which aims the high quality life standard. Free will, joy of life

and undictated luxury are the element s giving the final visual panaroma of that lifestyle.

Inspired by the life of John F. Kenedy, I re-interpreted the casualwear of that time period with modern details and forms for SS 15 ermenegildo Zegna upper casual collection. In

every garment it is possible to feel the influence from the 60’s America. Sailing, which was a die hard passion of J.F.K and college life are the strongest focus points of the collection.

This collection provides different silhouettes according to groups of garments. Blazers are provided in regular fit and slim fit forms where as boxy shapes and volumes are used for

coats. Bomber jacket is re-interpreted in slim fit blazer form where as the traditional look also provided. Shirts, t-shirts and polo shirts are all provided in regular fits but reconstaructed on the shoulders and modernised by bonding straps. Trousers are constructed in three different

fits from relax to slim fit. They are all enriched by different form of cuts.

In order to maintain the contemporary look, high quality fabrics are used in collaboration with modern fabrics. Techno nylon fabric is the complementary accent statement of the col-lection. They are neatly inter-mixed to express the modern look without loosing the tradition-

al silhouette. Bonding straps, traditional piping fabrics are all used together in a harmony.

Checks and stripes are highly used in accordanca with the 60’s American look.

A huge color pallette is used in this collection in order to create a very summerish chic look. Shades of blue and red are the main colors supported by the tones of green,bordo and yel-

low. Natural tones of soil are used in order to create small contrasts.

The collection’s desire is to develop a way of chic dressing rather than dictating how to dress in the modern world of of today.

FORMATIONSTRANS FAll-WInTER 2015/2016

TRAnSFORmATIOnS is an accessory collection influenced by the illusionary life of the great British illusionist Henry Houdini which aims the high quality with the union of nostalgia and modernity. Functionality, uniqueness and manipulation are the element s giving the final visual panaroma of that collection.

Inspired by the magic and illusion, I re-interpreted the formal accessories of that time period with modern details and forms for AW 2015-16 Er-menegildo Zegna Couture Collection. In every piece it is possible tosee the reflections of the theme in terms of the manipulatio of the fabrics and cuts.. Providing the reality with an unreal sense is the strongest focus points of the collection.

This collection provides different fabrics united to each other according to groups of items. They are all enriched by different processes such as needle punch, emroideries, pleats and prints.

In order to maintain the contemporary look, high quality fabrics are used in collaboration with modern fabrics. Techno nylon fabric is the comple-mentary accent statement of the collection. They are neatly inter-mixed to express the modern look without loosing the traditional silhouette. Bond-ing straps, traditional piping fabrics are all used together in a harmony.

Prints and texturised surfaces are highly used in accordanca with the illusionary look.

A huge color pallette is used in this collection in order to create a very winterish chic look. Shades of brown and gray are the main colors supported by the tones of green,bordo and beige. natural tones of soil are used in order to create small contrasts and 3-D effects..
