Size of the facility and dimension of the assistancePPF5 has a contract value of approximately 5,2M€for an overall duration of 24 months (November 2012-November 2014).

According to the 1st Interim Report’s planning, PPF5 resources(more than 8.200 w/d) will be tentatively allocated as follows:•RESULT 1 - PROGRAMMING 30%•RESULT 2 – CAPACITY BUILDING 13%•RESULT 3 – PROJECT PREPARATION 50%•MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION 07%

The methodology for selection and prioritisation of infrastructure projects will be implemented through a complete set of instruments elaborated by SEIO and examined by the EU Delegation in Serbia

The methodology for selection and prioritisation of infrastructure project NEEDS to be properly tested for effective adoption

The testing phase will:• Check the overall concept of selection and prioritisation based on strategic relevance• Verify if and how the identification instruments (PIFs/SRAFs) are suitable for relevance assessment in the specific sectors• Provide a preliminary portfolio of strategically relevant projects to analyse their degree of maturity and viability (GAQs/GARs)
