Your Profile

o You are building and maintaining our backend and automation tools,

based on Ruby, Rails, and AngularJS for our eventmanagement &

matchmaking platform hubs:

o You are taking responsibility for the full lifecycle of your code, from

implementing, to testing, to user acceptance, to deployment

o Your working with and improving our mobile web app

o You are responsible for the documentation of proprietary software

solutions reports your results and you develop strategies to improve

your projects

o You enrich your team with your knowledge, your person, innovative

ideas & your passion

o You are part of we.CONECT and you love to be part of your team

Our OfferYour Job

o You are fond of test-driven development

o You have an understanding of core concepts like OOP, design

patterns, algorithms and how to run Ruby on a production server

o You are enthusiastic about your work, results- driven and keen on

developing in an agile environment with pair programming and

Scrum

o You are excited about pragmatic programming for elegant & simple

solutions

o You have been working already in agile projects and you know

SCRUM from the srcatch

o A high degree of motivation, service & product orientation are your

strengths

o You have a quick mind, conceptual & analytical skills and the

willingness to incorporate you into complex issues and products

o Good English skills complete your profile
