Robotic Welding

Robotic welding is a relatively new application of robotics.

Robot-based automation increases the efficiency of welding processes and enables your organization to manufacture more parts in less time, while minimizing scrap, increasing quality and improving the working environment.

Robotic Welding  is the use of mechanized programmable tools which completely automate a welding  process by both performing the weld and handling the part.

Robotic welding is commonly used for resistance spot welding and arc welding in high production applications, such as the automotive industry.

We are provide Robotic Welding for a broad range of applications, including small, stationary parts that may require welding on one or more sides, nested arrangements of like or dissimilar parts grouped into a fixture, or medium-sized parts and/or assemblies.

RTK is equipped with the latest state of the art equipment and machine technologies enabling us to provide the complete range of engineering services.Robot welding is the use of mechanized programmable tools, which completely automate a welding process by performing the weld and handling the part.

RTK’s Welding Robot Systems are ideal for the production of higher volume components.

These precision robots produce high quality output with an excellent finish and repeatability every time.

The functions of the Robot Cells include:

6 Axis Welding Reach of 1900mm Plasma Arc Welding (narrower heat affected zone) Pulsed Mig Welding (little to no spatter, higher quality weld)
