xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Kolkata 700001, within the jurisdiction of P.S. xxxxx, Kolkata.

2. That, I have to travel for educational purposes abroad.

3. That I have filed an application for renewals of my passport vide

File No. 3333333333333 on 333333333.

4. That, till date police verification is pending by DCDC Office.

5. That I have duly affixed herewith Court fee stamp of Rs.10/- as per W.B. RTI with the

application.

Kindly provide me the following information –

1. Reason for inordinate delay in police verification.

I request for receipt of the information in true copy / print out / certified copy by registered

post.

Kindly notify cost if any, the same shall be paid forthwith.
