Has a vast experience in security services. Served not less than 25 years in the Police Service holding senior positions dealing with crime prevention and security – arrangement. Posts held included District Police Chief, Deputy State Police Chief, CID – Chief Kuala Lumpur and Federal Deputy Narcotics Chief. Former Chief Executive of Safeguards Corporations Berhad. Had made study tours on Security in China, Thailand, Indonesia and United Kingdom. Previously a member of Board of directors of Amanah Saham Mara Bhd. and Malaysia Institute of Aviation Technology Sdn. Bhd. (MIAT)

Aini Suraya binti Dato' Hj. Osman B. Acctg (Hons) University of Malaya, Chartered Accountant (Malaysian Institute of Accountants)

Daughter to Dato’ Osman Awal, and acts as a successor to the family business founded by her father. Madam Aini Suraya is a Chartered Accountant under the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and earned her Bachelor Degree in Accounting (Hons) from University Malaya.She has 20 years of experience in auditing, accounting, corporate planning, project management and risk management. Her experience includes as a project manager for the biggest corporate responsibility project in Malaysia under the leading satellite broadcasting Media Company in Malaysia (ASTRO), worth RM 30 million. This project was recognized as the winner under the Community Contribution to Education category – CSR Asia.

Aini was also a management consultant where she developed strategic planning, risk management and performance measurement for Malaysia Airport Berhad, the Royal Malaysian Navy (TLDM) and the Institute Tahfiz Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei.

Aini has succeeded RSS Security from the founder and has improved the turnover and profits through business expansion, HR management, cost management and process improvements.

Apart from that, Aini is also active in community services, where she served as the former President of the Parent Teacher Association for a cluster school, and also the former Secretary to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital Volunteers. Currently, Aini is also appointed as ‘Ahli Lembaga Koperasi’ for a newly setup Koperasi Kawalan Keselamatan which its objective is to benefit the Security Personnel in the industry.

ar. Habib Abdullah Datuk Habib Abdul Rahman (APAMAIA) – Large Scale Project Managementar. Habib is a registered architect with Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM), studied in Institute of Illinois, Chicago, USA. He has wide experience in managing large scale projects and operation, handling wide group of project members and staff such as UITM Seremban 3, UITM Puncak Alam, UITM Training Centre Nilai, Tropicana Development, SP Setia, Menang Corporation, etc.

Venkata Mohan Rao A/L V Subra Maniam – Residential and Private Sector Mr. Mohan has wide experience in manpower supply and security for over 10 years. He is responsible for contract management for this sector ranging from managing manpower, implementation of SOPs, budgets, clients, logistics and onsite monitoring.

Fauzey Jantan – Malacca OperationMr. Fauzey has been with RSS Security for over 10 years and managed security projects worth more than RM1million per annum ranging from Government to Private Sector in Malacca.

Hidzir Ahmad – Kedah OperationMr. Hidzir has a wide experience of over 20 years and network within the security industry for security officers and manpower. His list of client profiles include the Kedah palaces, Galleries, Resorts, Road Construct ion and Government.

Rosli Rahmat – Johor OperationMr. Rosli has wide security experience and HR Management for Public Sectors, warehouse and retail.
