At the outset I would like to congratulate the clubs who participated in Blood donationdrive in Nov 2011 with mobile blood bank & our blood banks. I hope that the donor directory of 25persons is prepared and Pledge 25 conducted. Pledge 25 Club is a special club for young and healthcitizens who pledge to regularly donate safe units of blood at least 25 times in their lives. Further, ware getting feedback telephonically from some of you and from newspapers regarding some othersWe have shared announcement of red Ribbon award over email and you can access this online too.

Dec 2011to facilitate exchange of good ideas and sharing amongst the youth, clubs and mentors to improveflow of information. Social media is the in thing today for youth and we received very encouragingresponse - 7,413 post views and till 15 Dec 2011.

However, some RRC have not been able to join us (Click LIKE) on facebook. Kindly findenclosed a ten step tutorial to help you participate in the facebook page of RRC. (Annex I). All clubs othe state should participate and share their activities and suggestions on the facebook. We can takinspiration from each other. The five page word document has ten screenshots to assist you in thprocess. Do circulate to your peers/ student youth.

I am also to remind you regd. meeting of 27th December at DRDA Hall, and onerepresentative (Nodal officer) with report as per proforma attached (Annex II) be brought along with CDand photo album and expenditure vouchers as per guidelines (Annex III)
