Instructional Procedures:
Pre-activities
1. Teacher will greet the students and check students’ attendance.
2. Teacher will ask some questions happen in their daily life related to the topic that
will be discussed in this topic.
Main activities:
Exploration
1. Teacher will brainstorm the students about the topic
2. The teacher will read aloud a short conversation as an example of the topic, and
ask the students to listen carefully. Then, the teacher will ask some questions to
the students about the dialogue they have heard. (‘what is the dialogue tell you
about?’ ‘Can you mention the expressions used in the dialogue?’)
Elaboration
1. Teacher will ask the students to mention some expressions to ask and give
information about times
2. Teacher will ask the students to say the times based on the pictures.
3. Teacher will say the times and ask the students to choose the right pictures.
4. Teacher will give an explanation about the topic.
5. Teacher will ask the students to work in group or pairs to do some exercises in
their text book or exercises given by the teacher. Then, teacher and students will
discuss the answers of the exercises.
6. Teacher will ask the students to mention some expressions to ask about
someone’s personal information
7. Teacher will ask the students to listen to the cassette and catch the information
from the audio
8. Teacher and students will discuss the exercises.
9. Teacher will give an explanation about the topic.
10. Teacher will ask the students to work in pairs or group to do the exercises
provided in their text book, and discuss them together.

situation given by teacher, and practice it in front of the class.
