Existing Timber can be reused to build the upper tier wall.
Lower terraces walls can be built from existing materials or
masonry units shown to the right.
Existing Oak will remain as a focal point of the courtyard.

Railing around planting islands
This seat wall has a dual function, it can be used for relaxing and active gardening for residents.
An example of a decorative drain for the courtyard.
Focal Point Area: This planting bed is a great place for an ornamental tree or water feature.
The lower tier entrance door can be widened to a decorative french door to entrance the view for the indoor viewer.
