Letter of Recommendation for Royce Ragragola Royce is an exceptionally dedicated and valued employee of Marco Fine Arts. In his many duties, he also assists with our other companies including, Permalite, Builders Protection Group, Gemline and Hermosa Surgical Center. Our organization has outgrown our California facilities and is in the process of relocating to Texas in whole. Unfortunately, many of our most valued employees cannot relocate at this time due to a myriad of factors. If we are unsuccessful in convincing Mr. Ragragola to relocate, our loss is another firm’s gain. Royce has been instrumental in our successes. He routinely handles client design, in-house design, marketing design, production runs and special projects, often managing several projects simultaneously. His work product is creative and accurate. He can both create and follow direction. Royce is intelligent, trustworthy, and a joy to have in the office. He is responsible and fun at the same time. His attitude is infectious throughout the office and we can always count on him to improve the day. His technical knowledge along with his desire to create sets him apart from his peers.
