BUILD SPECIFICATIONS

The apartments are built to the highest specification and design. Exterior walls are of perforated brick and air socket and project-ed polyurethane thermal insulation of 2cm thick and double brick wall.

The dividing walls between apartments consist of double brick with acoustic insulation mineral rock wool and double brick walls with perforated brick. The roofs of the apartments are both flat and pitched and finished with waterproof asphalt sheeting and watertight curved ceramic tiles. All horizontal and vertical exteri-or walls are finished with a layer of cement mortar. Interior walls are of fine plaster.

The floors are of antiquated marble flooring. Terracotta tiles have been used in the common areas. The en-suite bathroom has anti-quated tiles and the guest bathroom ceramic tiles. All exterior carpentry is of painted aluminium TECHNICAL or similar with weatherproof double glazing. The front door to the apartment is of fully double locking antique security design with hinged “spy-hatch”. Internal doors are panelled with security handles and locks and painted to a high spray standard.
