Walk–in users are required to have a CMRC ID for entry.

Youth(20 and under): $6 first visit,

$1 per visit with ID card

FAMILY—Persons listed on the family membership have to be members of the same immediate family, living in the same household, claimed on the two adult’s IRS tax return and are under 21 years of age. A maximum of two (2) adults can be on a family membership.COUPLE—Any two (2) people who live in the same residence.SENIOR COUPLE—One (1) adult over 50 years of age and one (1) other person living in the same residence.

ART CLUBThe art club includes artists age 50+ and all media such as oil, acrylic, pen and ink as well as watercolor and photography. New artists are always welcome. You can find their artwork displayed throughout the center and many are available for purchase. There is a nominal fee to join the Art Club that you pay directly to the group. PERFORMANCE GROUPTired of waiting a year between talent shows? The Performance Group rehearsals are going on every Thursday at 2:00 pm in the Music Room. If you would like to sing, dance, play an instrument, tell jokes, read poetry, read an original story, perform a skit, this is your chance. A “show” will take place on the last Thursday of each month. If you are interested in participating, you must sign up at the Baca Center and attend a mandatory rehearsal which usually takes place the Tuesday prior to the show. The BACA center offers classes for their members (ages 50+) throughout the day that are included in the weight room membership fees. Non-members must pay the associated walk-in fees. Please see the BACA front desk for current group exercise schedule and class guidelines. Class participation is limited based on space & equipment.

PERSONAL TRAINING-BACAAdults age 50+ can get some one-on-one fitness with a certified personal trainer at the BACA Center. Our certified trainer will personalize a workout just for you and your physical limitations, if needed. Personal training is only available for BACA members.  One free consultation is giv-en to BACA members. CHAIR YOGA FOR WELLNESSThis weekly class is perfect for people who may have difficulty getting to the floor and back up in a regular yoga class. The chair provides support and stability, allowing the student to experience a yoga class where poses are easily accessible. A chair yoga practice will benefit students in many of the same ways as a mat practice: improving flexibility, strength, circulation, range of motion, balance, posture, breathing and a calming of the mind. TravelDAY TRIPSAdults age 50+ can travel with the Baca Center throughout Central Texas to see new places, museums, plays, sporting events, movies, concerts and restaurants. HIKING CLUBThe Hiking Club is a self-led group for active participants age 50+ that like to hike with a group. This group hikes ONLY during late September through early May. Most hikes are between 3-5 miles; however some hikes are as long as 8 miles depending on the location. The group hikes in the spring and fall at various parks/trails in the Central Texas area. Trips are also planned for hikes in state parks in which the group pays a fee for travel on the center’s bus. You must be a Baca Center member to get on the list and can contact the Baca Center at 512-218-5499.

COUNSELOR IN TRAINING MIDDLE SCHOOL AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMThe Counselor in Training (CIT) program is an afterschool program for children in grades 6-8. This program runs through the regular school year. The CIT program will provide transpor-tation from C.D. Fulkes and Ridgeview Middle Schools. If your child attends another school, and you can provide transportation, they are welcome to be a part of the CIT program. We will provide a snack and daily activities including homework time, small and large group activities, sports, arts and crafts and much more! In addition, the Counselors in Training will assist in special events and go on a monthly field trip! 2016-17 SWIMMING LESSONS: LEARN-TO-SWIM WITH US!We proudly teach the American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim Program and are offering classes from Level 1 to Level 5. In addition, we offer lessons in Parent and Child (6-36 mos.), Preschool and courses for Adults. Each participant should come in a suit or swim diaper ready to swim. Parents/

guardians are asked to wait away from the pool during lessons except on the last class day which is a picture taking day. Make-up classes are held only cancelled classes. All classes consist of four lessons.

PARENT & CHILDInstructors will introduce young children to safe behaviors around the water and develop swimming readiness by leading parents and their children in water exploration activities with the objective of having fun and becoming comfortable in, on and around water. PRESCHOOLSwimmers will become familiar with the aquatic environment and work on basic aquatic skills. We will help participants begin to develop positive attitudes and safe practices around water. Swimmers will learn to enter the pool from the deck and exit the pool using steps and side of the pool. We will teach the back float and the back glide as well as rolling from front to back and back to front. Additionally, we will teach swimmers a combined arm and leg action. Ages 3-5. No skill prerequisite. Class ratio is 1:6. No class 4/15.

LEVEL 3Swimmers build on the skills taught in levels 1 & 2. We teach participants to do rotary or bilateral breathing, a finning arm action for 5 body lengths on the back. Swimmers will learn how to tread water using arm and leg actions for 15 seconds. Swimmers move from the elementary backstroke and are taught the full backstroke. Swimmers will learn how to streamline off the wall and the breaststroke kick. Ages 5 & up. Skill prerequisites: Swim a combined arm & leg action on front for 5 body lengths. LIFEGUARD TRAININGLearn how to effectively prevent and respond to water emergencies with the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training. KINDERDANCEThis is our most popular class offered by Kinderdance for the dancer that is new or only has had a brief intro to dance. Class will focus on the basic skills of ballet and tap. Skills for ballet include: first and second position of the feet, 5 arms of ballet, plie, releve, sauté and bourree. Skills for tap include: toe taps, heel digs, toe tap back, shuffles and slides. YOUTH FISHING DERBYGrab your pole, tackle and bait to join us for the 6th Annual Youth Fishing Derby at Bright Lake in Old Settlers Park. There will be three age divisions in this catch and release derby: Perch Division (ages 3-5 years), Snapper Division (ages 6-9) and Redfish Division (ages 10-12). Prizes will be awarded in each division. There will also be demonstrations and other activities.

This event is FREE but pre-registration is strongly encouraged and participants must check in before fishing. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants will need to provide all of their own equipment, including bait, and only one pole per child will be allowed.

THERAPEUTIC RECREATIONADAPTIVE HOLIDAY CAMPS (YOUTH/TEEN)This Adaptive Youth Day Camp is for youth (ages 6-12) and teen (ages 13-21) with disabilities. This program offers daily activities, including swim-ming, field trips, arts and crafts, sports, drama, cooking group games and lots of fun. Morning and afternoon snacks provided. Campers need to bring sack lunches, rest mats, and swimwear. Youth camp Ratio is 1 staff member for every 4 campers; Teen Camp Ratio is 1 staff for every 5 campers; Campers must be able to behave and function within this ratio. PLAY FOR ALL SPECIAL NEEDS EGG HUNTSeton Medical Center Williamson and Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department invite you to come out to the Play for All Abilities Park for our 4th annual special needs Easter egg hunt. This is a family-centered event, focusing on active participation for children with various disabilities or limitations. Hunt for the eggs high and low, Look for the golden eggs for special prizes! Siblings are welcome to participate in the hunt. Pre-registration for this event is encouraged. There are a limited number of participants allowed in each hunt, so sign up early to secure your space. Onsite registration will be allowed based on open spaces. You may pick up your egg hunt wristband on April 6 & 7 at the Clay Madsen Recreation Center or on site the day of the event. Please bring your registration confir-mation to pick up your wristband. We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your hunt time to ensure that you are able to attend your designated hunt time.

Brush Drop-OffResidents that live in the full-purpose city limits and pay city taxes (not RRISD taxes) may receive and drop off brush, up to 2 cubic yards, for free. Medium and large sized brush drop-off loads are charged fees regardless of residency. Residents must show current Round Rock water bill.

Mulch DeliveryDon’t have a truck? Don’t worry. For $100 we’ll deliver 10 cubic yards/ $50 for 5 cubic yards (minimum) to your house; in city limits only. Call 512-218-5540.

Curbside Brush Pick-UpCurbside service is provided to Round Rock residents that live inside the city limits and pay city taxes. Brush Pick-Up is on Wednesdays and the fee will appear on your City of Round Rock water utility bill.

$25 for the first five minutes and $1 for each additional minute. Brush must be piled along the curb, preferably no longer than 10’ and free of obstruction.

Pick-up requests for Wednesday should be made Tuesday by 4 pm.
