Eligibility This tour is open to all students enrolled in the Round Lake High School Band & Choir. Students must be in good standing and meet all school requirements to be eligible for a field trip. Students will be accompanied by approved teacher chaperones.

Reservations Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis with the payment of a $150 booking deposit. The payment schedule is as follows:

Due: September 14, 2018 $150 per person booking deposit Due: November 9, 2018 $200 payment per person Due: January 11, 2019 $200 payment per person Due: February 8, 2019 Final Payment

It is expected that you will follow the payment schedule as outlined. Fundraising is due 2 weeks prior to each payment and will be posted to your account once received in the Entourage Management office. Credit card charges will show up as EBX*Entoura2708421148. Once you’ve created your online registration account you will be able to re-enter to make payments, view your purchases, update preferences and see any email communication that has been sent to you.

Pricing & Inclusions Adjustments Tour pricing is subject to a minimum number of paying participants on the trip. We may need to make adjustments to the trip inclusions should the group not meet their required minimum numbers. If the group exceeds the required minimum, we’ll make adjustments to add in additional inclusions or decrease the trip pricing as applicable. Accommodations & Rooming List All Hampton Inn guest rooms feature rooms with 2 queen beds, a hair dryer, iron & ironing board, remote-control cable TV, coffee maker, and free internet. Students will be accommodated at quad occupancy. The hotel also has an outdoor pool. Students will select roommates in December for the trip. Cancellation Penalties Up to 90 days prior Refund less $25 administrative fee plus any non-recoverable expenses 89-60 days prior 25% trip cost cancellation penalty 59-45 days prior 50% trip cost cancellation penalty 44-00 days prior No Refund Trip Cancellation Fee Waiver Program This program waives the cancellation penalties and non-refundable fees involved in your trip in the event that you need to cancel for documented illness, death in the immediate family, or an emergency type situation that will be handled on a case-by-case basis. To qualify for this program, you must purchase it at the time of registration.

Cost: $49 per person, non-refundable

Family Package We are offering families the opportunity to travel separately from the group and stay in our hotel room block for $149 per room/per night inclusive of tax. You may also join the group at Rock N’ Bowl for $35 per person. These items may be added to your account & paid in full at the time of registration or you can pay for them over the phone no later than December 14, 2018. All other activities will need to be booked and paid on your own.
