The entry fee is included standard transport of the race car and limited equipment from Rotterdam

(The Netherlands) to Dubai and vice versa.. (Two euro pallets 0,8x1,20 meter, maximum weight is

500kg for each pallet).

23 November 2015: All containers (40ft) will be shipped by sea freight to Dubai. 22 February 2016: The cars will be back in Rotterdam (place and date subject to change). Teams should deliver and pick up their race cars to Rotterdam (place and date subject to

change).

To increase live action on LIVE-TV & ONLINE-streaming, Creventic has

invested in on board camera’s, which are offered to teams at an affordable

price, to partly cover the costs. The advantage of the on board cameras is that

they are fully integrated in the live-TV broadcasting, as well as in the 24 hours

live-online-streaming and 52 minutes highlight show. An internet connection

in your pit box to view the on board stream is included.

According the technical and sporting regulations all cars in class A6 (A6-Pro and A6-Am) must be equipped

with a data-logger (AIM-Evo4 is obligatory). If not already available in your car, the AIM-evo 4 data-logger

can be rented (or purchased) at Memotec GmbH.

To contribute to the cost of analysing the A6 data each A6 team has to pay an

additional fee. This is compulsory for class A6.

Appendix 1 Pit boxes

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

We are pleased to announce more than 80 teams have entered the 11th edition of the

Hankook 24H DUBAI.

In total the Dubai Autodrome has 36 pit boxes available, with a dimension of 23 x 6 meter.

Our philosophy is to have a maximum of 3 cars per pit box (instead of 4 or 5 cars), which

also contributes to a relaxed atmosphere where International teams can work together.

Teams who share their pit box have enough space to work on their cars in a convenient way.

For teams who request, on their entry form, a shared pitbox or an exclusive pitbox

the following information is important.

PIT BOX OPTIONS

Referring to the teams who request a shared or an exclusive pit box (in total Dubai

Autodrome has 36 pit boxes), we are not able to fulfil them all. Therefor we have the

following priority, to have a clear and fair pit box allocation.
