• The district's construction began in 2000.

• The City extended the Metro Line B and built the Nesselande station, finished in 2005.

• The neighborhood started to take shape with plenty of green space, a plethora of housing options, a central shopping area, people-friendly streets, cozy bicycle routes, loads of public space for neighbors to interact, and a seaside resort.

• 14,000 residents in 4,750 residential units

1) A lot of infrastructure like parks and football fields and a skate park.

1) Bycicles parking used in full next to the metro station, assuming that a lot of inhabitants commute by bike and than by metro.
