Moreover, they are not sensitive to tem-perature fluctuations in the environment. Waste water from toilets,bathrooms, kitchens and similar household sources of pollutionare purified to such extent that water can be safley released tosurface waters, or can be used for lawn and trees watering withadditional treatment. Purifying plants are constructed in accord-ance with standard SIST EN 12566-3 which is valid in EU (BOD 5<30mg/L ; COD <150 mg/L). In the tank we install different waste wa-ter cleaning technologies.

The user is instructed aboutmaintainance and the correct use of treatment plant. We can alsoorganise or supervise the installation of the plant.

1. Waste water flows into the treatment plant and iscollected in the first chamber-mud collector. Retentiontime is needed for the mud to settle down.

2. The first valve is activated for pumping of waste waterfrom mud collector to aeration chamber.

3. In the aeration chamber air supply is conductedthrough compressor and air membrane on thebottom of the chamber. The computer regulatesintervals and quantities of air through magnetic valve.Aeration cycles are determined by the size of purifyingplant.

4. After aeration, sedimentation phase begins. In thisprocess purified water is separated from thesediment. In this phase the compressor is turned off.

5. Purified water is pumped out from aeration chamberwith a compressor.

6. The sediment in aeration chamber is pumped back tothe mud collector. The entire process is repeatedseveral times a day.

SBR TECHNOLOGY:

The process is managed by computer which is installed into the special box. Softwear is stearing 4 magnetic valves. Each valve has specific function:

1. Pumping water from mud collector to the aerator.2. Aeration in aeration chamber.3. Pumping of purified water from aeration chamber to

the outflow.4. Pumping sediment mud from aerator chamber back

to the mud collector

SBR+ TECHNOLOGY:

MBBR technology or SBR+ employs thousands of polyethylene biofilm carriers operating in mixed motion within an aerated wastewater treatment basin. Eachindividual biocarrier increases productivity through providing protected surface area to support the growth ofheterotrophic and autotrophic bacteria within its cells. It is this high-density population of bacteria that achieves high-rate biodegradation within the system, while offering process reliability and ease of operation at the same time. This technology provides cost-effective treatment withminimal maintenance since MBBR processes self-main-tain an optimum level of productive biofilm. Additionally, the biofilm attached to the mobile biocarriers within the system automatically responds to load fluctuations.

Mechanical stage is the first step in process of cleaning. Bar screen, which is installed in shaft removes solid particles greater than 5 mm. Bar screen can be remove for cleaning with electrical hoist.Waste water then flows into chamber which separates oil andgrease from the rest of the water.

Normaly retention chamber is in the same tank as oil and grease trap. In process of sedimentation, soild particles settle on the bottom of the tank and the rest of the water is pumped into SBR reactor.

SBR reactor is equiped with air blowers for constant concentration of oxygen in water. In MBBR technology biofilm carriers are added to SBR reactor. Secundary sedimentation takes place afteraeration. Clean water from surface is pumped out to sampling shaft, drainage,.... the remaining of the sludge is pumped bact to the retention chamber.

The purifying plant is controled by a computer, which regulates all functions.

mECHANICAL STAGE -THE SP35 SPIRAL SIEvE

The spiral sieve is used to purify coarse particlesfrom waste water.
