Introduction

Garments sector are playing most important role to the

economy of the developing countries as well as developed

countries. We are happy to say that since our foundation we are

supplying our interlining and other accessories that are most

necessary parts for garments – finished item.

Since it’s incorporate, “ROTEX” is maintaining its policy

Bonding is main factor for Interlining product. We are using

world famous adhesive supplier “ABIFOR”.

We are manufacturing -100% Cotton, TC, Non-Woven, Circular

Knitted, water Jet and all kinds of various special Interlining.

our main focussed to Manufacture all types of interlining by

recycle format. Right now, we are producing Non woven

interlining by the 100 % recycle product. Near future we will

develop all the interlining items by recycling format.

of fabric in a garment. To keep the different component or part of apparel

in a desired shape, a kind of fabric is used between the two ply of fabric

by sewing or fusing is called interlining.

Swift Delivery : Rotex location at the heart of RMG factory zone ASHULIA makes its

logistic support even more convenient for its customers in and

around Dhaka district.

Rotex maintains its own fleet of delivery vans that can carry 55,000

yards of goods in a single delivery. This is an advantage to

customers those who face storage crisis during peak season. Rotex

can make prompt delivery over night to ensure their smooth

production the next day.

LAB Support : In house LAB facility provides required tests to carry out and issue

certificate to all products that we deliver.

On site crisis management : Our Technical team provides on call prompt on site fusing related

solution to our customers to smoothen their production process.

We have developed a mini laboratory in our Production unit for testing color

fastness of Labels & Cross Staining . We also have professional light box for

checking colors of our products so that we can satisfy our customers as their

need & demand. Our mini laboratory contains below instruments:

manufacture for our customers.

We want our customers to feel that they are sourcing their required

products responsibly as part of their responsible production.

From the very beginning we engaged consultants to design and engineer

our building according to ACCORD standards. Building structure safety,

emergency evacuation, electrical fire safety, Fire doors for fire safety,

everything done in accordance to compliance.

Becoming environment friendly is not expensive rather it reduces ongoing

business cost. For instance we only use LED lighting fixtures and this has

reduced electrical consumption by 48%.

During power outage Generator is only used for machineries, everything else

runs on Battery Power. This reduces Diesel consumption by 30%.

in future we dream of having our own rechargeable Electrical Delivery Vans

instead of fossil fuel combustion engine.
