Tentative Planning Timeline April- designate planning committee, set up meeting for late

April- early May May- meeting with committee divide responsibilities and set

sub committees June- July- solicit sponsors and coordinate fundraising if

needed August -plan schedule/ create list of needs and logistics August- October- event planning November – finalize program December – promotion/ flyers/media releases/ set up PSA’s ,

etc January- final meeting for committee February 1- Event takes place
