District road map : Membership task force : one

person in charge for each country (CMCs) of the district reporting to the DG and working together with the district membership committee chair (DMCC).

CMC should visit each club in order to understand the real situation, identify the needs, identify together with the club committee the adequate actions, follow up and report to the DG and the DMCC.



District road map : Keep informed and implicated DGE and DGN Communication : develop a campaign about Rotary, RI and

clubs actions , ask beneficiaries and TRF Alumni to speak, use social networks

Budget : 10.000 USD to help the country membership chair Training seminar for CMCs
