District road map : Membership task force : one

person in charge for each country (CMCs) of the district reporting to the DG and working together with the district membership committee chair (DMCC).

CMC should visit each club in order to understand the real situation, identify the needs, identify together with the club committee the adequate actions, follow up and report to the DG and the DMCC.

Club’s road map : depending on the diagnosis Training Give responsibility to new members Actions benefiting to surrounding community Communication – More visibility into the community More opening toward young professionals and women Sponsor creation of new clubs (new generation clubs)
