Rotaract Club of A.M Jain College

2011 2012 was an eventful year for the Rotaract Club of A.M Jain College (Sponsored

by Rotary Club of Madras Central, R.I.District3230. The theme of the club for the yearwas LOOK BEYOND SELF. True to these words, he Club has looked beyond itself as

its activities for the year reveal. A detailed report is given below. But some of thehighlights include Projects like Free Eye Check up for the students, teaching and nonteaching Staff of AMJain College with Vasan Eye Care, celebrating Christmas with the

inmates of the Cancer Hospital Adyar, Manvasanai celebrating Pongal in a village near

Guduvancheri, Tree Plantation in collaboration with CMRL inside the college campus

with other extension service units, Cancer Research Fund, Feeding the animals s of AnnaZoological Park for one day and many more. Quite like the previous year, the Rotaract

Club of AM Jain College is selected as one of the most active Top 5 Clubs in the city of

Chennai and the faculty Coordinators are honoured for the same.
