Welcome�ank you for considering Rosewood Estate for your wedding venue.

At Rosewood we o�er you a venue that will ensure your occasion is the complete experience. We pride ourselves with the highest standards of service, presentation, quality and friendliness.

Rosewood Estate is set on three acres of �at well established gardens, in tranquil Moores Valley. Consisting of mostly natives, with splashes of colour in the form of roses during summer, Camellias and Rhododendrons – late autumn/winter and our Cherry trees give a magni�cent blossom display in Spring.

Our Spanish style building with its wrought iron balustrades, magni�cent chandeliers and colour tonings of creme, navy blue and terracotta o�ers a stylish setting for your special day.

�e function center can cater for up to 80 people. It has been designed with comfort in mind. With large verandahs, wide doorways and �at landscape, the indoor/outdoor �ow is seamless.

Rosewood's garden can provide a magni�cent backdrop for your wedding ceremony. On a wet day the ample verandah provides an alternative place to have your ceremony and still enjoy a lovely garden backdrop.

Photographic opportunities abound throughout the property.

If you prefer more of the outdoors, a marquee wedding is an alternative. We have two large �at lawns suitable for hosting a marquee wedding (price on application).

Our exclusive caterers will provide a sumptuous meal to compliment the enchanting surroundings.

Minimum of 60 people required for a booking. Smaller numbers considered but a surcharge may apply.

Hire Rosewood Estate for a full day for your wedding ceremony, refreshments, photos and reception for up to 80 people.

Ceremony includes• wooden arch• 20 white plastic outdoor chairs• signing table and chair• use of outdoor bar area (provide your own alcohol)• use of ladder for group photo• use of 2 large white pop up gazebos

Reception includes• use of function centre• tables• chairs• cutlery, crockery, glassware• cake table and decorative knife• tea and coffee• use of the bar (provide your own alcohol, $5.00 corkage per guest)• use of function centre sound system

Please note: • Catering is provided by our exclusive caterer Fine Touch Catering. Menu options available from $80 per head (includes canapes, main meal and dessert along with bar staff and table linen). • Bar closes 11pm, guests depart 11.30pm, property gates locked 12am.

$4,500 venue hire fee, plus $1,000 bond (all prices include GST)$500 deposit required on booking (comes off the remaining balance)

Q. How many quests do you accomodate?A. Ceremony - Up to 150. Reception - 80 seated comfortable, 90 at a squeeze. We require a minimum of 60 people for a booking.

Q. Can we bring our own alcohol?A. Yes, however, you must use our licensed bar sta� to serve alcohol. �is is built into the catering fees. All alcohol must be removed from the premises at the conclusion of your event.

Q. Can we use our own caterers?A. No, you must use our exclusive caterers Fine Touch Catering. Contact Lance at �[email protected] for a detailed quote.

Q. Do you provide entertainment? A. No, however, the venue hire fees includes use of our sound system and AV equipment.

Q. Do you have accommodation available? A. No.

Q. Can we set up the venue ourselves? A. Yes, by prior arrangement.

Q. Do you provide table settings and glassware? A. Yes, we supply all tables, chairs, cuttlery, crockery, glassware, table cloths and napkins.

Q. Do you provide seating for the ceremony?A. Yes, limited to 20 plastic white moulded chairs.

Q. Do you o�er a child minding service?A. No, all children must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

Q. Can we leave our gifts there and collect the next day? A. No, arrangements need to be made to have all items taken away on the day of your event e.g. gifts, cake.

Q. Can we leave our cars and collect the next day?A. Preferably not, but arrangements can be made if required for collection at a set time. Note: the property has gated access only.

Q. Can we stay later than 11.30pm?A. No, under the conditions of our resource consent, the bar must close at 11pm and all patrons are to have left the premises by 11.30pm.
