Be our guest at the Rosen Community office. Rosen staff members are available to assist you 24 hours a day and work hard to make your living experience convenient and fun. Drop by to pick up a package, put in a service request or just ask a question.

You can enjoy a cup of gourmet coffee and free Wi-Fi in the concierge lounge or come in to the community center and meet your neighbors at one of our many events. The heated pool is right outside with comfortable seating and lounge areas where you can fire up the grill and have a barbeque.

Life at the Rosen College Apartments comes with some exclusive opportunities, including the chance to go on trips behind-the-scenes with some of the biggest hospitality employers in Orlando. Previous trips have included the backstage areas at SeaWorld Orlando, the Orange County Convention Center, Gatorland, ICE at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, and Nickelodeon Studios Resort!

Lower cost: Not only can you save up

to $2600 a year over similar off campus housing, we will defer your payment for financial aid. We don’t require a deposit and offer room changes at no cost.
