43209742Text BoxI am currently Vice President of Marketing for the Enhancement Services division of HSBC Card and Retail Services where I am responsible for product development, program management and marketing strategy for the credit protection products that are sold to credit card and retail card customers. I also manage the division's outbound telemarketing initiatives and global telemarketing vendors.
At present I have over 16 years experience in the insurance and financial services industries. I was with Metris Companies in 2005 when they were acquired by HSBC. Prior to joining Metris I was the Director of Field Property Operations for a Third Party Insurance Administrator. Previous to that I held several positions in the claims division of State Farm Insurance.
I attended the University of Minnesota for 2 years during which I played collegiate golf, became a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority, and sought to be an architect. A change in priorities and aspirations led me to the University of Northern Colorado where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. I am currently working towards my MBA through Capella University. My husband, Jeff, and I live in Shakopee, Minnesota with out two children, Isabella (6) and Maximilian (4). We enjoy camping, golfing, swimming, and traveling.
