• Payments can be made by cash upon collection, however we would require the correct amount to reduce the contact between yourself and our staff members.

• Card payments can be made upon collection, this would involve entering the premises to use our PDQ machines, however strict social distancing and the wearing of a facial covering must be adhered to.

Upon Arrival…

• Please park in an appropriate parking bay as near as possible to the buildings exit doors.

• If a staff member has not attended to you within 2 minutes of arrival please contact 0191 4145887 to confirm your name.

• Do not enter the premises unless this has been approved by a member of staff. • Respect other customers by keeping a minimum 2 metres social distance form

each other within our car park area. • Face covering must be worn when our staff members are approaching your vehicle

with your order. We will refuse to serve you your order if this is not followed.
