Espalier (guyot and spurred cordon). 9.000 kg. Pressing, maceration of the skins for 3/6 hours, cold decanting and subsequent tapping; fermentation with selected yeasts at 18°C. Maturation with batonnage for 6 months, several months in bottle. Light and soft pink with peach reflections. A wine of great finesse and delicacy. Complex, mineral, floral and fruity, with pleasant notes of red fruits. Fresh and crunchy. Good flavor and elegant length. 10°-12° C. Served fresh with hors d'oeuvres, first courses, fresh cheeses,fish and crustaceans.
