TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION

• 1.Wall panel are made on the job site. The panel are formed on the house flooring using lumber on the sides.

• 2.No special handling equipment is needed. The steel support makes it easy to manually raise the panels.

• 3.Wall panel are all concrete using cement, gravel, sand and steel bars. All these materials are readily available


TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION

• 4.Wall panels are poured with the door jambs, window frames and beams in place. Thus eliminating labor time and materials for finishing.

• 5.The 2.75 inches thick wall panels allow maximum space utilization. Effective living area is increased.

• 6.Over-all concrete portion of construction has better finish because plastering is done on horizontal position.


COMPANY PROFILE

• ROP Construction Inc. was duly organized July 21, 1980. The company bears the initial of its founder Ricardo O. Palma.

• Palma was engaged in construction for SSS members and eventually handled mass housing for the government.

• Mass housing were made in Davao del Sur, Davao del Norte, Surigao and Marinduque. Eventually built in various places in MM including mass houses for Filinvest.


COMPANY PROFILE

• A construction system was developed and acquired Philippine Patent. The system is called ROP-PFW (Ricardo O.Palma Pre-Fab Wall) construction system.

• The system was approved for use by SSS, NHA, HIGC, and PEA. The company was granted Tax Exemption from income tax/permit fees and custom duties on importation under Republic Act 7459 known as “Inventors/Inventions Act of the Philippines”.

• The company accepts construction services and royalty arrangement for the usage of its system is also welcome.
