What does programming involve? Programming manages the heating temperature automatically according to the user’s needs. It allows switching between comfort mode (Comfort) and economical mode (eco) over 7 days and 24 hours. With 3 different programs available the user can chose the level of comfort day by day and hour by hour. our panel heaters also feature Stop, Antifrost ,Comfort-1°C and Comfort-2°C functions.
Why is programming useful? Programming regulates the room temperature in order to prevent full heating if not necessary. The thermostat maintains the temperature at the selected level by taking into account external heat supply like sunshine or cooking. By doing so, it reduces the energy consumption, allowing money savings without sacrificing comfort: A temperature reduction of 1° translates into 7% energy sa-ving. Used to adjust the temperature of your room according to its occupation, programming can save you up to 25% on running costs.
Which technologies are used for programming?• New housing: pilot wire technology. This involves sending commands via a 3rd wire (pilot wire).
• Renovation or replacement: mains borne signalling technology. The commands are sent over the existing wiring of the electric network.

Convectors use the principle of natural convection to heat the ambient air. The air heats up in contact with a heating element, becomes lighter and rised up. The heat is diffused throughout the room and the ambient temperature is controlled by thermostat. Mechanical convectors blend in with any type of interior. They feature a reliable, extremely easy-to-use mechanical thermostat. electronic convectors operate with an electronic thermostat of +/- 0.2°C accuracy. This guarantees a homogenous temperature throughout the room and ensures up to 20% in energy savings.

radiant panel heaters provide a directional heat giving a pleasant sensation of warmth, similar to that of sunlight.This heating mode generates very little difference in the temperature between the floor and ceiling, making radiant panel heaters are ideal for living rooms and high ceiling rooms.radiant panel heaters are equiped with electronic digital thermostat of great accuracy (+/- 0.1°C) that ensures a homogenous temperature throughout the room and increases energy savings.

Tank enamel and welding: first warrantees of a long lasting water heater
The key to a reliable water heater are perfect enamelling and welding. Atlantic only usesno-added metal welding (aeronautical industry know-how) and exclusive Diamond-quality enamel.
Immersion direct heating element: an approved solution
The sheathed heating element is a copper or stainless steel heating element directly immersed in the water. It has high level performances thanks to the optimised surface heat charge, providing extended lifetime.
Ohmic resistance: unique O’Pro technologyExclusive anti-corrosion system to permanently combat rust
The ohmic resistance is a passive electronic anti-corrosion device. It balances out the electric potentials of the tank and immersion heating element. The performance and life of the magnesium anode are increased and the protection against corrosion is reinforced.

Ceramic element: outstanding Steatite technology. Unique patented technology, adapted to highly mineralized, hard or desalinated water
The Steatite heating element is protected by an enamelled steel sleeve. This sleeve has a large heat exchange surface, which reduces the scale deposit and heating noise. In addition to being extre-mely efficient, the ceramic heating element is particularly well adapted to hard agressive highly mineralized, desalinatel water. Its replacement does not require the water heater to be drained down, a genuine bonus for professionnals and users.
Titanium impressed current anode: state-of-art ACI system
The Anti-Corrosion Integrated (ACI) system provides maximum protection for the tank with atitanium anode located at the center of the appliance. Compared to standard magnesiumanodes, this anode has the advantage of not being consumed. It is driven by an electronic PCBboard that produces a direct low voltage electric current protecting the tank against corrosion.A control light indicates the user the operation of the ACI system.

IP: Index of Protection
The water heater’s protection level against splashing water is defined byits IP code. All Atlantic water heaters of high IP index up to IP 25 and can be installed in volumes 1, 2 and/or 3 in your bathroom depending on the legislation of the country.

Working principle of Thermor heat pump water heater
This is a highly advantageous solution for domestic hot water preparation that uses a heat pump working on ambient air. The thermodynamic water heater is both highly efficient and easy to use. It allows getting financial profitability and meeting ecological requirements. Thermodynamic technology proves that air can achieve great results!
The fan � pulls-in the ambient air to heat the refrigerant fluid in the evaporator �.The fluid passes through the compressor � which increases the heat. In the condenser � the fluid transfers the heat to the water in the tank. In this process the fluid gets colder and changes to gaseous stage in the expansion valve � thus enabling a new cycle starting in the evaporator. The electric backup heater � starts only if required by low air temperature.

Working principle of Thermor solar water heater
This is a solution for the future attracting increasing numbers of individuals, and with good reason: transforming solar energy into hot water. This is now the best way of reconciling high technology with the clean use of natural resources...
1. The collectors absorb the energy of the sun’s rays and release it in form of heat.This heat increases the temperature of a fluid which flows from the collectors to a water storage tank passing through an electronic regu-lation station.
2. A booster system, electric heating element (electric boost) or ex-changer connected to a boiler (hydraulic boost), completes hot water production if required.
3. A regulation system manages the installation and controls the pump which transfers the heat absorbed by the collectors to the tank. It is the real control centre of the installation.
