What is Electric Field Vector Mapping (EFVM®) ?
Step 3: Injecting low voltage positive charge in the substrate & negative charge in Vector 9 wireloop. Creating the “Field Plate”
Disadvantages of flood testing:
Difficulty in finding the exact location of the defect
Difficult / impossible with sloped/ vertical decks.
Delay in project schedule if retests are required
Not possible after an overburden is installed
Requires a significant water source and supply
