• The advantage of have a roof garden are:

1 Means a saving of 25% on air conditioning systems and energy.

2 More silence. The roof garden is an enviable urban noise barrier.

3 Less drain. The roof virtually eliminates the need for gutters and other drainage systems for rainy season.

Drawbacks

• Install and maintain is full of disadvantages. These roofs are more expensive to install than traditional roofs, maintenance intensive, irrigation systems.
