Step 1: Why are we here?

To teach Roo Chapter leads and project teams how to facilitate, ask for, and give critiques.

Step 2: Elevator Pitch

For Roosevelt chapter leads and members who want to learn the peer-reviewed critique process in order to create improved submissions and feedback for their 10 ideas or impact movers projects.

The Critique Guide is an online tutorial that teaches chapter leads and members how to go through a critique process unlike the current editing process that exists only between the student and staff member. Our product will provide prompts needed to point to a better version.

Step 9: What’s going to give?

In this project, budget is not an issue.

We will always prioritize the quality of our project.

We understand what Brenna is asking of us, so we will not have to sacrifice our scope. We are not assigning critiquers and delegating tasks, rather just showing an example and creating the process of which a critique can happen through.

Step 10: What’s it going to take?

1. We do not need a budget. 2. Our real customer is the entire Roosevelt Institute Campus Network, including alumni. 3. We need passionate group members that are willing to prioritize our meeting times as much as

possible. We all need to take responsibility for our share of the work.
