HOLA!Welcome to the Skylight Big Top. I’ve always thought that producing new works was a high wire act and now I have living proof. Through the years we have opened our theatre doors to some of the most gied writers and performers. We have continuous-ly challenged them and ourselves to push our collective theatrical imaginations with amazing results. Our stages have been the mid-wife of a vast array of theatrical settings, from traditional living rooms and boardrooms to a boat in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. We’ve even played one-on-one basketball on a fully functional court. Now add El Grande CIRCUS de Coca-Cola and the master entrepreneur, Señor Pepe Hernandez to our résumé.

Since the early eighties I have been a fan of Low Moan Spectacular and the endlessly talented Ron House. And when given the opportunity to house the newest installment of their O-Broadway hit, we couldn’t say no.

Thanks to Flying Cucumber for thinking of us and allowing us to partner with them. Thanks to a brilliant cast of actors led by their masterful maniac, Alan Shearman and to an inventive creative team and Skylight’s undaunted technical sta who always go where others fear to tread.

To my sta, our Board of directors and you our faithful audience, thank you for taking the ride with us.

HURRY, HURRY, HURRY! THE CIRCUS IS ABOUT TO BEGIN. TAKE YOUR SEATS, HOLD ON TO YOUR CHILDREN AND PREPARE TO BE AMAZED.

“APURENSE, APURENSE, APURENSE! EL CIRCO DE PEPE HERNANDEZ ESTA POR CO-MENZAR! TOMEN SUS ASIENTOS, PROTEJAN A SUS HIJOS Y PREPARENSE PARA SER ASOMBRADOS!”

WHO’S WHOAaron Miller (Juan)If the name Aaron Miller sounds familiar, it’s because it’s a fairly common name. Or, perhaps you were canoodling through the bargain bin at the 99 Cent Store and found one of Aaron’s mov-ies?… Highly unlikely. Aaron has starred in various original plays and things around LA for quite some time now. He’s ALMOST been cast in several neat movies and television shows. He is dy-ing for a part on The Real Housewives of Any City or even Keeping Up with the Kardashians because, well, that’s where the world is now. You can also currently see Aaron at the grocery store or in his filthy studio apartment.

Marcelo is one of the founding members of The Antaeus Theater Co., performing in Henry IV, Part l, The Wood Demon, The Man Who Had All the Luck, You Can’t Take it With You, Trial by Jury, Patience, Of Mice and Men and many more. He received an Ovation award for San Fran Scapin, adapted from Molière’s Scapin. His TV, film and voice over work covers over 30 years and

are too numerous to list, so you can go to MarceloTubert.com or IMDB to check it out. Argentinian born, Marcelo and his multi-talented wife, Lori (she’s actually a force of na-ture!), are the proud parents of Emily, a pro golfer and Sarah, an aspiring actress and make-up artist. His philosophy: Live simply and remain grateful.
