• Can Sea View is a restored 400 year old Spanish Finca (farmhouse) on the island of Ibiza in Spain’s Balearic Islands situated in the sunny Mediterranean. The finca sits in the country side surrounded by gardens, olive trees, almond and fruit trees, and a vineyard.

• Facing a lovely valley with a sea view it is very peaceful and quiet while being only ten minutes from Ibiza town, the new marina, the casino, the airport, and the world famous nightlife. Barcelona is a forty minute flight away. The best beaches on the island are minutes away. Five minutes away is the historical and quaint village of San Jose with all shopping amenities, a post office, pharmacy, various banks, restaurants, and bars.

• The main house consists of a master suite, two large guest suites, double bedroom, terrace bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, three bathrooms, and a Jacuzzi. Sleeps up to 12 guests.

Living room and dining room have original high ceilings with Sabina beams and fireplace.

Very spacious living and dining rooms with wooden beam fireplace, satellite television, DVD player, VHS, CD player, and ADSL.

The house is 400 square meters. The land is 4000 square meters

enclosed by a fence.

The large country style kitchen has a breakfast room that seats ten with a cozy fireplace and a pantry with a wet bar that leads out to a terrace and BBQ area.

Includes a large overhead skylight with mirrors, a fireplace, and a dressing room with ample wardrobe space and storage.

Guest accommodations includes a double bedroom leading off the main covered terrace with an original olive press, a twin bedroom with olive press off main entrada,

and a wonderful summer bedroom on upstairs terrace.

The guest suites each have a private entrance, sitting room, bathroom with double basins, bath and large shower.

One suite has a fireplace and its own private terrace leading to the pool area.

Sun all day as Finca faces south, beautiful sunsets.
