The Danube is a river in Central Europe, the continent's second longest after the Volga. it originates in the Black Forest of Germany.

The Danube was known in Latin as Danubius (name was  translated: "the bringer of luck“).

Romania is also one of the lucky countries where you can see the Danube, Galatz being the largest port town on the Danube

In Galatz, the Danube’s delta is well visited, being one of the most crowded areas during national events and a place where all people , old or young, children or their parents love spending their free time.

THE SPHINX

The Sphinx is a natural rock formation in the Bucegi Mountains. It is located at an altitude of 2216 m. The image of the sphinx appeared when the rock (having an 8 m height and a 12 m width) was watched from a certain angle.
