OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE CANCER SUPPORT GROUP
St. Aedan's Church hosts a cancer support group (Our Lady Queen of Peace csg) every second (2nd) Tuesday of each month (excluding inclement weather). Our facilitator is Margie and can be reached at any time by phone at 845-323-
9665, text or email <[email protected]>. We meet at 7pm at 11 Reld Drive. This horrific disease affects more than the cancer warrior - it affects all those around them. The group is opened to victims, survivors, family members, friends or anyone who is hurting because of this dreadful disease

Everyone goes through crises sometimes. When that is happening, we can benefit from a conversation with an experienced professional counselor who shares our Catholic perspective. Our parish can help make a connection for you through the archdiocese's PARISH COUNSELING NETWORK. Our parishioners can make an appointment to meet with a professional counselor in Rockland County or anyplace in the archdiocese for up to six meetings, with only a $10 co-pay per session. Tell Father that you want to talk with a counselor. He will contact the appointment desk on your behalf and then you can call and arrange your first visit. If interested please call 1-866-962-7487
NOCTURNAL ADORATION “Tantum Ergo Sacramentum,
veneremur cernui” (On bended knee, let us worship so great a Sacrament). St. Thomas Aquinas wrote those words in a hymn to express our proper attitude toward Jesus in the Eucharist. Come spend some time in worship of this great gift and mystery. STATEMENTS We are currently hard at work preparing the end of the year parish charitable contribution statements for those of you who wish to include them with your 2019 income tax returns. Parish contribution statements are based on The contributions made via the weekly & special collection envelopes. The We Share, Renew & Rebuild and Cardinal’s Appeal programs all provide their own, individual statements the end of January. Parish statements may be picked up from the parish office or else mailed to your residence. We anticipate our parish statements will be available as of Monday, February 3rd. You may call in advance to have your name placed on the request list.
