*Public Works and Public Welfare Departments

Street wise compliant or grievances are to covered via mobile officers ofthe citizen care center. However small or big the problems will be address.

Water timing and mosquito smokes etc which are based on periodicnature are to be denote to the public directly via sms.

Public requirements which is missed out, will added via thought process,suggestions, feedbacks etc.

**CITIZEN CARE CENTER

All departments and procedure are to be online.

All government office to have a integrated front end system calledCITIZEN CARE CENTER with 24/7 toll free number.

All officials in the office are play the role of frontend citizen careexecutives.

Any department, any complaints queries, can be launched only from here.

Citizen need not go to various offices across the district for any purposenor does it require to meet any higher officials.

All citizensentry is monitored and hence any query however small shallbe noted on the system, with a receipt.

Direct system monitoring team to monitor the response for each query viaa feedback system.

All citizens care center will be integrated with the government bodies atthe back end. Citizen care center will be monitored by the CM directly.

**Resources Grids:

The state will be split with respect to various resources grids and eachpotential resources will be used for the growth of the grid.

** Knowledge centers:

To have all the information need for citizen regarding public schemes.**District Resource Monitoring Cell

Will prepare worst and best case scenarios reports for each district withparameters (Pollution of all forms, Urbanizations, water land depletions,etc will prepare customized solutions) with current status.

** Technology and Innovation cells:

Technology and Innovation Special cell which will be responsible for thecollecting and analyzing of researches on latest technology andsuccessful projects in OTHER STATES and OTHER COUNTRIES.

Core vision of the cell is to identify Cost effective, Feasible, successful orfailed projects both small and big in other states or countries (or somecases small projects in Tamil Nadu) that can be successfully replicatedand scaled up in Tamil Nadu.

The Special Cell will bring out case studies across all the departments ofTamil Nadu across all fields.

The Special Cell can involve leading technical and management institutesin all fields like BIO Technology, IT, Chemical, Agriculture, Publicproblems etc. Once databases of projects are collected, it would requiremere updating of records.

o Will bring and develop the best practices and technologies in theworld to the farmers.

and universities collaboration will be taken.o Students project and ideas will be included to the states student

entrepreneur cell of business and technological break though cells.o First time entrepreneurs, rural entrepreneurs will be networked via the

business and technological cells.o ** Entrepreneurs development department will be created , district wise

NGO's child care centers, old age homes are to integrated with a centralmonitoring system. Special team support by online system is to take careof the needs of the needy.

Orphans, mentally challenged people to be brought under the Cm controlspecial cell. Industry and Colleges are to take part in the process of

maintaining and establish a third party feedback system. Sexual offence against from these institutions are not to be tolerated to the

minimum. Hence the monitoring system will be introduced, once againstudents of colleges will integrate with the system to protect the needy.
