Supporting of activities aiming at strengthening of Kielce Trade Fair position and trade services and elaborating ways of benefiting from the existence of KTF for attracting new investors and promoting already existing
Strengthening of the position of KMA as the heart of Polish construction business basing on rich mineral sources
Creation of new business – BPO on the basis of existing potential in human capital (second position of Kielce among regional capital cities), presence of business service organizations, financial institutions and good financial condition of Kielce municipality budget (‘A’ in national rating)

Innovative character
It is a very innovative program not only in its content but also in the way it has been elaborating. This is the first program ever, which will be prepared for the whole KMA and the first engaging all municipalities in this process.
The bases for new business will be developed – BPO, new modern tools for showing investment sites will be created – GIS, new standards of economic promotion will be adopted, new phenomena for KMA – urban sprawl will be explained and understood.
