The RSD apparel line has been in the works for quite a while.Its hard to put what we have done into any category, just like

its hard to categorize the unique crew of individuals that have

played a part in the design. The collective riding experience of

this group have come together for a true rider built apparel line

that focuses on quality and style. We believe that riding gear

doesnt have to be loud, obnoxious and over-branded. The RSD line

is riding gear built with a parallel of fashion and function,

neither a burden unto the other. So whether youre avoiding Sun-

day drivers on the freeway, exploring an unknown back road with

more corners than cars, or taking a quick rip to the local water-

ing hole, weve been there and weve got you covered.

THE LIMITED LEATHER PROCESS

OVERVIEW

LIMITED SET MAIN SET

The leather we use in our RSD Limited Set leather follows a unique,

exclusive process that ensures a one of a kind, supple, yet extremely

protective result.

1. For the main bodies we use all A Grade top grain cowhides thatare tanned, dyed, and oiled. The jacket is then assembled, using all

nylon thread, without the linings or trims.

2. From there the unnished jacket is washed using our environmen-tally safe, proprietary washing process which softens the leatherwithout losing critical tear, abrasion or tensile strength. Once

washed and air dried (approximately 4 days), the garments then go to

nal assembly for linings and trims.

3. Once assembled, each jacket is then hand oiled and waxed, achiev-ing a unique, already broken in custom nish that will wear and

age beautifully, without sacricing protection.

The RSD Limited Set borrows from alot of RSD custom bikes, with the

subtle merging of motorcycling heritage and modern components, creat-ing the perfect combination of style and function. Our unique and ex-

clusive waxed and oiled leather is utilized in a limited collection of

riding jackets and accessories, plus weve combined classic materials

such as US manufactured waxed cotton and functional wool. The goal was

to create a line of riding and living apparel that oered excellent

riding comfort and protection, without sacricing everyday wearability

even when youre not riding. Its what we consider the new vintage.

The RSD Main Set brings a complete oering of riding and everyday ap -

parel that combines functionality and style in every piece. The leatherwe use for our jacketsare all A grade cowhides, with light (but not

too much) distressing, ensuring the perfect just broken in feel. Clas-

sic lines with a subtle twist make it RSD. Weve also brought heavy duck

canvas into the mix as functional riding gear, or perfect as everyday

jackets.

The Main Set combines the best of function and style -- just what we

were looking for.

Besides the Main Set jackets, weve created a complete line of every-

day apparel with a collection of tees, thermals, hoodies, and headwear,

uniquely RSD. Riding along with the apparel, our grouping of wallets,

belts and travel accessories rounds out the package. Add in our line

of gloves (that provide functional comfort and protection with classic

styling and great t), and weve got you covered.

LEATHER TANNING

WAXED COTTON

We use only the nest available hides for our leathers, and require all our suppli-

ers to be REACH compliant, plus AZO and PCP free. Each RSD leather jacket receives

customized treatment and handling that gives every piece its unique, one of a kind

nish, with an already broken in feel that usually takes years to achieve.

RSD jackets are built to ride, but still retain everyday comfort. Our t

program ensures subtle ergonomic t and functionality, while our armor ready

styles provide pockets for RSD CE certied armor.

We use only the nest materials and trims available. We choose each component

for function, comfort, durability, and feel. The details make the dierence.

The interiors of RSD jackets are built for comfort and function. Utilizing a luxu-

rious poly satin they feel great, with secure pockets and cargo pockets that can

carry enough stu for an all day ride.

We design our apparel for riding, but with emphasis on a clean visual aes-

thetic and relaxed comfortable t that can be worn on or o your bike. All

day riding or all night out.

RSD apparel incorporates functional details that make each jacket your favor-

ite. Simple closures, adjustability options, and eective pocket solutionsfor every ride or every day.

Produced since 1930, Martexin Original Wax is a highly specialized tex-

tile treatment that precludes normal cleaning. Just as you wouldntt wash

a leather product such as boots, gloves, or jackets, you shouldnt wash or

dry clean your Martexin Original Waxed fabric. Wax fabrics have been suc-

cessfully used for many years without washing, and periodic cleaning with

a hose, or damp cloth is all that is needed. Bare areas can be retreated

which will restore the wax nish.

RSD Apparel is warranted against defects in material and workmanship from the original date of purchase

for a period of 5 years on leather jackets, 1 year for waxed cotton jackets and 1 year for leather gloves.

This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of the parts and the necessary labor and services

required to repair the item. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty, which includes damage

to products resulting from accidents. Item must be returned with a copy of the original receipt.

Please return product to the RSD warranty department for inspection (freight pre-paid) to the address

printed on the Return Authorization form (RA). An RA can be obtained by calling (855) 563-7943. If the

item needs to be replaced and is no longer available, RSD Apparel will replace t he item with a comparable

valued and styled product at RSDs discretion.
