Mr. Rohan Negi was recruited into the, AIESEC in Mumbai in Outgoing Exchange sector for Global Community Development Programme, August 2011. This sector aims at providing two kinds of internship experiences to the city youth. In this sector, members work towards providing internships to the global youth in host organisations in the city. GCDP internships, members work towards providing international volunteer experiences to the youth in the city through which young people develop themselves while empowering individuals, communities or organisations.

He was a part of the AIESEC Team Member Programme. Through this programme, he gained access to AIESEC’s value-based platform, and experienced practical team experience, practical hard and soft skills development, access to a global network and an entrepreneurial and responsible attitude towards being a better leader. He was a part of the AIESEC Team Leader In 2012, He took up a Team Leader experience in Outgoing Exchange sector for Global Community Development Programme, where he contributed to the development of team members while ensuring AIESEC’s performance and the delivery of its experiences. A Team Leader opportunity in AIESEC, provides a member a practical team leader or executive leadership body experience, personal and professional development and equips him/her with knowledge and skills in team and project management, product development and marketing and client relations management to name a few.
