Sinn und Ziele:
Jede Organisation muß ein grundlegendes Verständnis haben, warum es existiert (Mission Statement). Jeder Mitarbeiter muß diese Verständnis besitzen. Im diesen Sinn ist es eine bewußte Abkehr von dem Industrielle Zeitalter; das wichtigste Kapital einer Organisation sind die Mitarbeiter, nicht das Maschine.

'Kundendienst' heiß längst nicht einfach freundlich zu sein! Öffentlichkeitsarbeit ist eine Kunst, der gelernt werden muß, es benötigt systematisch und zielgerichtete Training. Jeder Mitarbeiter soll um persönlichen, kontinuierlichen Verbesserung nachstreben.

Er geht nach Hause.Innerhalb die nächsten vier Wochen bekommt er drei verschiedenen Nachrichten, daß er seine Bücher, bzw. kopierte Aufsätze, abholen kann.
