Discipleship/BaptismThisyearwehaveseen40,554newdisciplesbaptized.Thatmakesatotalof164,338baptizeddisciplesin

themovement.Ourconstanteffortsareinmakingdisciplesthatreproducethroughwitnessingthepeople

theyrelateto,eitherbyfamilyrelation,

friendship,workingpartnersoras

neighbors.Thiskeepsusfromhiring

professionalevangelistsfromtimeto

timeforconductingevangelisticevents.

ChurchPlantingWehaveseen4,011newchurches

plantedduringtheyear.Thatmakesa

totalof15,575churchesplantedinthe

movement.Mostofthesechurches

werestartedbyexistingchurch

memberswitnessinginotherareas.Oureffortsaretoraiseandtrainaleaderassoonasthechurchis

planted.Wewereabletoteachinitiallevelofdiscipleship lessonsapartfromsalvationandspiritual

growth.PeoplerealizetheneedofstickingclosetotheLord,becausemostofthemhavecomeoutof

spiritualbondage.

Sustainability/maturityWehavemaintainedourprimaryfocusonthehealthofthemovementratherthanthebreadthofit.The

earlychurchfirstgrewinfaithandthatresultedinconstantincreaseinnumbers.Toachievethis,much

mobilizationoffasting,prayer,mentoringwiththeWordofGod,personalrelationshipoftheleaderswith

theirpeople,eventsofministryoftheWordandprayer(Seethedetailsfurtherinthisreport)wasdone.

ThehealthofaNationisnotrecognizebyitseffortsonpopulationexplosion(likeMuslimNations)butby

thecontrolonIMR(InfantMortalityRate).

growthonly,whichwastargetedto40,000newbaptizeddisciplesand4,000newchurchesandraising/

trainingof4,000newleadersfortheyear.Togoverntheattritionitisimportanttomaintainhealthygrowth

rate.Itishardtochewifyoubitehuge.Ourattritionrateofthechurchesfortheyearwas5.8%.

Theleadershipraising,traininganddevelopingisthekeytosustainingthemovement.Inordertogain

depth,maturity,stability,healthandGodliness,varietiesofeventsarerequiredthatareusuallytermedas

training.Theseeventsareactuallymorethanmeretraining theyareconsultations,seminars,

monitoring,teaching

/preaching

camps,

fasting

/prayer

meeting,

get

together

for

fellowship

and

conferences.Itisnearlyimpossibletospelloutthenumberofeventsconductedastheyfallinplace

naturallyasrequiredbythetimeandsituation.Wewereabletoconduct1,647sucheventsasperour

records,whereatotalof15,522peopleattendedthem.Wesawatotalof3,939newleadersraised.This

numberislessthanthenumberofchurchesplanted,whichisthematterofattention.Westriveto

producesurplusleadership.

AngeloCampsAsstatedinpreviousreportswehaveaspecialfocusontrainingandreleasingyoungmeninthe

movementtofightwiththedemonicspiritualauthoritiesanddeliverpeoplesotheymybelieveandbe

saved.WegatheryoungmenforfourtofivedaysforministryoftheWordofGodandprayer.Themost

commontopicsthatarecoveredin

thesegatherings

are

:

theWord

of

God,prayer,spiritualgrowth,

breakinggenerationalcurses,

reachingyourownpeople,

discipleship,fruitbearing,andgreat

commission.Besidesministryofthe

WordofGodtherearetimesof

worship,breakingofbread,layingon

ofhandsandpersonalcounseling.

Wewereabletotrain5,832peoplein

sevenvarious

events.

The

largest

numberofpeopleinoneeventwas

937peopleandthesmallest482.

Thesemenarethenreleasedtovisitchurchesandfieldstoextendtheministry.Themorewedothis,the

morehungeritraisesforthespiritualnurture.

OtherlargergatheringsofleadersWehadfourmajorgatheringsofthehousechurchvolunteerleaderswithupto1,824peopleattending

oneofthose.Intheseeventsthemainobjectiveistoreachouttothevolunteerhousechurchleaders

directly.Theparticipantswereamixtureofmen,women,youthandelderly.

year.Wesaw158disciplesbaptized,41new

churchesplantedand35newleadersraised.

Atthispointwehaveatotalof2,869baptized

disciples,625churchesand1,076trained

As

per

data,

we

seem

to

havemoreleadersthanthenumberof

churches,butalltheseleaderstraineddonot

leadachurch.Manyofthesearelaypeoplein

variouschurchesinthenetworkandtheyare

trainedandreleasedtowitness.Theirharvest

dataisnotincludedinthisreport.

ExpansionWepraiseGodfortheexpansionwehave

seenduringtheyear.WewereabletobegintheworkintheUPdistrictsofBhadohi,andGhazipur.Wedid

notseeencouraginggrowthinthedistrictofBaraillyduetotheleadershiplapses.Therearemanychurches

inthe

movement

overall

where

asignificant

number

of

neighbors

have

come

to

the

Lord

but

they

fellowshipinthechurchesthatarenotexclusivelymadeofharvestfromNeighbors.Weletthemgrowin

thefamilytheyareborninto.Thiskindofharvestistheresultofhavingourentireteamgoingthroughthe

trainingtowitnesstotheneighbors,evenifthatisnottheirministryfocus.

IndigenousleadershipThemostencouragingpartofthestoryinthe

harvestisthatitistheresultofthefirst

generationChristiansthathaverisenfromthe

harvest.Theseleaderscompriseofbothmenand

women.Therearescoresoftestimoniesof

Devinehealings,

encounters,

families

being

restored,andpeoplebeingledtotheLord.These

leadersareonfirefortheLord.Wehadnoneof

themwhentheprojectbegun.Amovementisin

place.

TheChallengeOurworkersservingamongNeighborsface

astrongantigospelcontext. Atitscore

Islamteachesstrongoppositiontothe

gospel. Toseearapidmultiplication

movementamongNeighborsisnotour

problembut

the

efforts

to

keep

it

under

the

radar. Alittlecarelessmovecanresultinjeopardizingthemovementintheentireregion.Wehave

nothadmuchoppositionsofarbutitisequallychallengingtopreservethemovementinorderto

makeitgoalongways.Weneedmuchprayerinthedirection,andwanttoseeasturdymovement

thrive.

UrbanministryThisinitiativeistheveryfirstministry

startedbytheModeofDeliverance,

withfocusonthecapitalcityofDelhi,

buttheministryhasnowexpandedto

23citiesin7statesofNorthIndia.We

had

2,148

cells

in

the

beginning

of

the

year.Wesaw9,226disciplesbaptized,

918newcellsestablishedand852new

leadersraised.Atthispointwehavea

totalof35,677baptizeddisciples,3,066

cellsand2,935trainedvolunteerleaders.

Oururbanmodelisnotsophisticatedand

hierarchycontrolledsetuplikeinseveral

casesof

cell

based

churches

Worldwide.

Thismodelisbasedupontheconceptsof

sharedleadership,multiplicationofcell

groups,andaggressivewitnesswithgoalsto

achieve.HeredowntotheEarthsimplebut

faithfulleadersareempoweredwiththe

Word,giftsandvisionwhichtheycarryout

withgreatjoythatknowsnobounds.

SaturationChurchPlanting

Movement(SCPM)Thisyearwehaveseen31,170new

disciplesbaptized.Thatmakesatotalof

125,792baptizeddisciples,inthe

movement.Wehaveseen3,052new

housechurchesplantedduringtheyear.

Thatmakesatotalof11,884house

churches.The

focus

of

SCPM

is

the

villages

inthestatesoffocus.Thehousechurches

aremoreindependentbuttheyarestill

partofastrongnetwork.Itisnotpossible

tobringthemembersofthechurches

togetherbuttoachievethesynergy,

accountability;alignment,motivationand

encouragement,theleadersofthehouse

churcheskeepmeetingforfellowshipand

learning.

AhopefortheruralIndiaPt.JawaharlalNehru,ourfirst

PrimeMinistersaid,Indialivesin

villages.Wehavemorethan

600,000villageswheremostof

the4,635peoplegroupsare

located,makingabout70%ofthe

Nationalpopulation.Ifthisrural

communityweremadeintoone

country,itwouldbethethird

largestintheWorldafterChina

andIndia.Thetaskofgreat

commissioncallsfortheneedofachurchineverypeoplegroupinallplaces.Thistaskisimpossibletobe

fulfilledbyhiringacareerministerfor

each

church.

What

is

needed

is

a

voluntary

movement

in

the

likeness

of

the

early

church,

where

people

moved

outofconvictionratherthanprofessionalappointment.

PeoplesAdvocatesAsstatedinthepreviousupdateswebeganthisinitiativebecausewenoticedthatbeinginvolvedin

geographicalsaturationwealreadyhaddisciples,churchesandleadersamong31peoplegroups.This

ledustobemoreintentionalaboutseeingarapidly

multiplyingmovementamongeachofthem.Wewereable

tolearnandteachdynamicsrequiredforreachingthese

PGs.WebelievethatthegivenfactisthattheLordhashad

theseentrypointsforthegospeltobepenetratedwith

contextualalignmentinthesecultures.Wewereableto

trainleadersforGangwar,(367)Prajapati,(572)Bagri,(71)

RaiSikh,(832)JatSikh,(31)Odh,(213)Dhanak,(49)Ansari,

(33)Balmiki,(612)Jatav(alsoknownasChamar,Raidasia),

(314)andGudiya(26)makingatleastatotalof3,119

leaders.Theseleadershavebeeninstrumentalinplanting

4,318newchurches.Weareintheprocessofcollecting

datafortherestofthepeoplegroups.Mostofthese

leadersstatisticisincludedintheIItableinthisreporttitled

asEvents

of

leadership

training

and

get

together

January

November2010.Ourmainmessagebeforetrainingthemis,reachouttoyourownpeoplefirstasthe

LordhadHisdisciplesreachtotheJewsfirst.Thisbecomesthemainthrustofthetrainingthroughout

whichyieldspromisingresults.

NetworkingWeconducted23consultationswithabove50pastorsandleadersattendeachevent.Themainthrust

oftheseeventswastointroduceaselfmultiplyingchurchplantingmovementamongpeoplegroups

intheirownsphereofinfluence,throughahighstandardofspiritualandcontagiouslife.Ifweexpect

theHolySpirittomove,itisimportanttofocusonthespiritualgrowthandstandardofexcellenceby

thegrassrootleadership.Weaddressednumerousbasicissuesthatareoftentakenforgrantedand

areoverlooked,likewalkinginSpirit,Word,obedience,Godliness,lifewithreport,muchfastingand

prayer,intimacywithGod,andmutualaccountability.Itistruethatt h e y o k e s h a l l b e d e s t r o y e d

b e c a u s e o f t h e a n o i n t i n g whichonlycomesbyobedience.Overallannualmultiplicationofchurches

multiplication

the

churches

up

to

the

year

was

atotal

of

15,575

churches,

adding

4,011

newchurchesthisyearwhichmakesa35%annualgrowth.

NotableEventsMinistryreviewSomeofourdonorfriendsrealizedtheneedofourministrybereviewedforbetteradvancementof

theorganizationalsetup.Wewentthroughquitesomeexperiencebutintheendweweresoblessed

tohaveacorporateteamof8leadersofInternationalcredibility,analyzeourentireministry

documentalrecordsandreports.Afterverycarefulanddiligentexaminationofallthedocumentation

theyended

their

observation

in

12

paragraphs

and

concluded

with

the

remark

saying,Based on the

above, we highly commend without reservation Mode of Deliverance.Thisdocumentisavailableonrequest.TriptoRajasthanMr.MarcBauman,thedirectorofSouthAsiaAdvocates,ourfiscalsponsor,joinedusforavisittoHaryan,

PunjabandRajasthan.Includinghim,weweresothrilledtoseethemassivesaturationoftheKingdominall

places.Thisfieldwasbarewhentheministrybegan.Hisreportisavailableonrequest.

ScotsTeamWeweresoblessedtohavebrotherScottvisituswithhisteam,toworkatthetrainingcentreat

Lakhimpur.Theylandscapedthecentre,builtgate,agazebo oneofitskindsintheregion,garden

andplantedanorchard.Theyhadearlierhelpedusdeveloparetainingwalltoconservethehigher

fieldflowingwiththerainwatertothelower

places.Weareverygratefultothemfortheir

contribution.

OthervisitorsWehadmanyvisitorsvisitusthroughoutthe

yearhelpingusthroughteaching,training,

building,encouraging,andvisioningourteams.

Sincetheydonotadvisetheirnamestobe

publishedwecantprovideanydetail.

ChildrenministryIndia has a huge population of children. It is

overwhelming task to minister to them and

meetalloftheirneeds.Wefocusoureffortson

thechildreninourchurches.Ourtargetwasto

reach40,000childrenwithamessageofgospel

through several stories in the Word this year.

We

were

able

to

reach

36,273

children.

Freetuition(coaching)projectWe were able to provide coaching to about

1,400 children this year. Along with the

coachingontheschoolsubjectschildrenwere

also taught scripture lessons, prayer and

worship.

AngelsfellowshipWewereabletofullysponsortheexpensesfor

thestudyof145children.Thesechildren

primarilybelongtoourchurchplantersand

mastertrainers.Ourministryistoencourage

everymembertodohisbestinprovidingthe

educationtothechildren.Occasionallythese

childrenwerebroughttogetherforfellowship.

Testimony JhabbuwithDalip

Jhabbuistotallyblind.HerejoiceshislifeintheLordinspiteofhisabjectpoverty.Hehasaskillofmakingropeoutofthestringsextractedofusedfertilizerbags.Heletspeoplegivehimthebags;hekeepshalfofthemforhimselfashiswagesandusestheotherhalfformakingropesforhiscustomers.Theretainedbagsareusedformakingtheropesthataresoldinanimalmarketaroundthevillages.Jhabbu,isanoutgoingwitness.Heonlymakesenoughmoneyforbaresurvivalanddedicatestherestofhistimeforwitnessingandprayingforthepeople.InhisvillageMahmadpurdist.KheriUP,heisinvitedbypeopleeverytimeforministeringtotheirneeds.Atotalof18peoplehavebeenbaptizedinhisvillageandanother29inthesurroundingvillagesasresultofhiswitness.HehasbeenabletoleadhisfamilymemberstotheLordandtheLordisusinghisbrotherHeeralalinreachingmanyvillages.HisNephewDaliphelpshimgoaroundwhichheconsidershisministry.Jhabbuhascoveredabout16villagessurroundinghisown,bywalkingfromvillagetovillage.WeofferedtofinanciallyassistJhabbubuthedeclineditsaying,theLordhasalreadygivenmeaneternallifeandwhatelsecouldIexpectfromHim?WesaluteJhabbuforhisdedicationandbelievehislifehasstrongmessageformanythatidentifythemselveswithChrist.
