MOTOMAN-NX100

The NX100 can control up to four robots plus external axes

(max. 36 axes) and I/O-devices. Advanced Robot Motion con-

trol (ARM) provides high performance path accuracy and

motion control. The multiple robot control and the patented

way of programming, from earlier robot generations, has

been further improved to help reduce programming time.

The control system’s PC-architecture offers unlimited com-

munication with other systems via a wide range of commu-

nication protocols. The improved integrated PLC has a user

friendlier interface, and in many cases it can replace external

PLC:s. All operator controls and compact fl ash slot for backup

are easily accessed on the programming pendant. In addition

to the NX100 controller’s own avanced functions for different

robot applications, it can also be set up with customized soft-

ware for best performance in every application.
