Address: VAIL cnr Oak Rd and Stockfarm Rd, Stanford approach via Sandhill Rd. We are lucky to be in this great facility so please respect the premises and automotive projects! Parking: Lot 5 with event parking permit. We have 50 spaces reserved. Collect permit on arrival. There may be additional parking spaces in Lot 5 or nearby Lot 17 but parking is limited due to construction works. Please carpool where possible. (You can also park in C permit spaces with the E permit in Lots 5 and 17.) You can buy additional parking permits or use pay parking – but we can’t guarantee finding spaces! Power: Everyone (except PR2s) has been allocated 2 outlets (or 4 amps approximately 1 laptop & monitor). Bring everything already charged. Do not plug in extra devices without unplugging another or you may short circuit your neighbors. Other: You are welcome to move away from the veranda to tree area – if you have your own shelter and don’t need access to power. Also, please help us clean up at end of event! Food: Stanford Food Truck will be there from 12pm till 5 or 6pm. Enjoy! Afterparty: Invite all your friends and enjoy Bot&Dolly’s hospitality as we wind the Block Party down. Save your packing up till afterwards … or walk your stuff out before 6pm and then unwind until 7pm. Last year, it was the craft brew bus… this year it’s a surprise! Invites: Use your member code or exhibitor code “SVRE13” to RSVP/invite to Afterparty http://svrblockpartynetwork.eventbrite.com/?access=SVRE13 Membership: Please join Silicon Valley Robotics if you aren’t already a member. And thank you for making this the best robot event in the whole USA! Andra 925 960 3090
