Robert T Snell For over 25 years, Robert T. Snell, founder of The Quaker Group, has worked at the highest levels of the petroleum industry on the international stage. His background also includes 15 years of international consulting in business strategy, operations, marketing and organizational structure. Snell has significant experience with ExxonMobile, spanning more than 20 years. Working for them directly, and as a consultant with both Arthur D. Little and Aspen Technology, he created a Joint Steering Committee at the executive level, led the development of intellectual capital, engagement management and new software base, identified new product development opportunities for commercial application, and assisted in developing the business case and commercial terms of joint development efforts. He was Senior Resident Advisor for ExxonMobile’s operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. While there he delivered strategy conceptualization and organization development for the creation of the Saudi Arabian Marketing and Refining Company (SAMAREC Refining Division of ARAMCO) and provided technical and logistics guidance for the production of military jet and diesel fuel for the allied forces in preparation for Operation Desert Storm, which later garnered him the Presidential Award.
