The Robert G. Berger Scholarship Fund
A graduate of Brown University and Harvard Law School, Commissioner Robert G. Berger was a true advocate of higher education and played a pivotal role in creating the WSSC Scholarship Fund. Thanks to his vision, this fund has provided tuition assistance to numerous children of WSSC employees and retirees.
Commissioner Berger passed away on April 14, 2003. In respect for his passion and pride in establishing this scholarship program, this fund has been dedicated in his honor.
